What are your delivery times?

All orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Shipping is 3 to 5 business days.

How much will shipping cost?

There is a flat rate of $10 for shipping on all domestic orders. Any order that exceeds $99 will get free shipping.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

We do offer worldwide shipping however, customer will incur all shipping and customs charges. We do not offer free shipping for international shipping.

Do you offer in store pick up?

We do not offer in store pickup however we do have a location that you can buy our protein in person.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please contact Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Yes, contact and we will work with you in getting your order situated.

How do I return my product?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, all protein sales are final. However, if your package is damaged or a non perishable item we do offer returns. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Are your supplements only for women?

No, our supplements are for all genders.

How do I care for my product?

You want to keep your protein powder in a cool, dry environment with the temperature as close to 70°F as possible, such as in the pantry or inside a kitchen cabinet. Avoid storing anywhere that receives direct sunlight.

Water bottles cannot be placed in the dishwasher and avoid letting it sit in the sun or the car.

Can I take your protein to gain weight?

No, our protein is not a mass gainer. It is a lean protein that is low in calories, fats and carbohydrates.

Can I take your protein if I am lactose intolerant?

Our Prolean protein contains milk but due to the extensive filtration it incurs, it has turned out smoother on the stomach. We suggest purchasing our variety pack or our one serving bags to test it out before you make your purchase.


Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer a military and first responders discount through GovX. We also have subscription and bundle deals. Other offers are seasonal.

How do I use the military/first responders discount?

When you go to checkout you will see the GOVX button on the bottom of the page. Click the button and proceed with instructions. Discount will automatically apply to checkout.

How can I create a subscription?

When navigation through the product page of the desired protein you will see the option of either one time purchase or subscription.

Can I choose the frequency of my subscription?

Yes, when you choose your description you can either choose 30 or 60 days for renewal.
